AI agents for support, sales and back-office work

Agents built around how your team already works, by email, in chat, on WhatsApp and on the phone. They handle the routine part. A person approves every important step.

Hi, my order arrived yesterday, but one item is missing. Can you help?
14:02
I’m sorry about that, Tom. Your order was sent in two parcels. The first one has been delivered, and the tracking shows the second one arriving tomorrow.
14:02
And if it doesn’t arrive?
14:04
If it hasn’t arrived by tomorrow evening, a colleague will get in touch to sort it out with you. I have set a reminder to check.

Use cases

Agents built around your work

Each agent takes one job. Start with one, see if it saves time, then add more.

Support agent

Answers customer questions from your own documents and data, drafts replies in your tone and passes anything unusual to a person.

Sales and lead qualification agent

Replies to new enquiries quickly, asks qualifying questions, books calls and reminds you which quotes to follow up.

Back-office and document chase agent

Collects missing documents and information, sends reminders, sorts incoming files and keeps spreadsheets and CRMs up to date.

Voice, chat and email

The same agent can work by email, in website chat, on WhatsApp and, where it fits, on the phone: it answers, takes details and hands over to your team.

An agent for your own process

Got a task nobody else has? We map it with you and build an agent just for it.

Example workflow

How an agent handles a message

The same pattern works for support, sales and back-office tasks.

Step 01

Comes in

An email, a chat or WhatsApp message, or a phone call.

Step 02

Understood

The agent works out what is needed and checks your documents and tools.

Step 03

Drafted or done

It drafts the reply or does the routine step, following your rules.

Step 04

A person approves

Important steps wait for a person. Everything is logged.

Where the line is

Clear rules about what the agent may do

The agent handles

  • Routine replies and questions
  • Collecting information and documents
  • Reminders and follow-ups
  • Updating your tools and notes

A person stays responsible for

  • Money, refunds and contracts
  • Exceptions and complaints
  • Advice in regulated fields
  • Anything the agent is unsure about

You decide what can go out on its own and what waits for approval, and you can change this at any time.

What we build

What you get

Start with one part, or combine them. Everything connects to the tools you already use, where they allow it.

One agent, one task

We start with the task that costs your team the most time and build an agent for it.

Connected to your tools

Email, calendar, CRM, spreadsheets and messaging, where they allow access.

Ongoing tuning

We review real conversations with you and adjust the rules and wording as you go.

How we start

From first call to a working assistant

Step 01

A 20-minute call

You tell us where the time goes. We point out the one task an assistant could take first.

Step 02

We map one task together

We write down the steps, the rules and the moments where a person should say yes.

Step 03

Build and test in 2–3 weeks

We build the assistant, connect it to your tools and test it on real examples with you.

FAQ

Questions we often hear

What exactly is an AI agent here?

Software built for one job in your business, such as answering enquiries or chasing documents. It reads what comes in, follows your rules and drafts or does the routine part. A person approves anything important.

Can it answer phone calls?

Where it fits, yes. A voice agent can answer calls, take details, answer routine questions and book appointments, then pass a summary to your team. On the first call we check whether voice makes sense for you, or whether chat and email are a better start.

Which tools can it connect to?

Often the ones you already use, such as email, calendars, CRMs and spreadsheets, but it depends on the access each tool allows. We look at your tools on the first call and tell you honestly what can be connected and what cannot.

What if it gets something wrong?

Important steps wait for a person, so mistakes can be caught before they reach a customer. We test on real examples before launch and keep tuning afterwards.

How long does it take, and what does it cost?

Your first assistant is ready in 2–3 weeks. The price is agreed per project after a short call, and you pay only if it saves your team time.

Let’s talk

What should an agent take off your plate first?

Tell us where your team’s time goes. On a 20-minute call we suggest one first agent.
