FAQ

Questions we often hear

Does it work with booking platforms and online travel agencies?

It complements them. Travellers who booked through a platform are answered only through the channels that platform allows, following its rules. It helps most with enquiries that come to you directly.

Which languages can it answer in?

It replies in the language the traveller writes in. Your team can read a summary of every conversation in their own language. Before launch we test the languages that matter most to you.

Can it connect to our booking system?

Often, but it depends on the system and the access it allows. We look at your tools on the first call and tell you honestly what can be connected and what cannot.

Will it take bookings without us?

Only if you want it to. By default, bookings, payments, refunds and exceptions are prepared for a person to approve.

How long does it take, and what does it cost?

Your first assistant is ready in 2–3 weeks. The price is agreed per project after a short call, and you pay only if it saves your team time.
