Hi, is the two-bedroom flat on Garden Street still available? Is there parking?
19:42
Hello Daniel! Yes, it is still available, and it comes with one space in the building’s garage. Are you planning to buy with a mortgage or in cash?
19:42
With a mortgage. I already have an agreement in principle. Could I see it on Saturday?
19:45
Great. Saturday at 11:00 or 14:30 is free for a viewing. I have noted your details, and an agent will confirm the time with you shortly.

What the agents do for your team

Each agent takes one piece of routine work. Start with the one that costs you the most time, and add more later.

Lead qualification

Asks new enquiries the questions your agents would ask: budget, area, timing, financing or rental situation. Promising leads go to the right person straight away.

Viewing booking

Offers free slots from your calendar, books viewings, sends confirmations and reminders, and handles changes. You stay in control of the diary.

Listing Q&A agent

Answers questions about price, size, parking, pets, energy rating and fees, using only the facts you provide. Anything it does not know goes to your team.

Document chase

Collects what sales and lettings need, such as ID, proof of funds, references and signed forms. It sends polite reminders and tells you what is still missing.

Website that captures leads

A fast site where every listing is clear text and structured data, with enquiry forms and chat that feed straight into your pipeline.

Example workflow

From enquiry to viewing, step by step

An example of how a buyer enquiry can flow. Every step is set up around your rules.

Step 01

Enquiry comes in

From your website, a portal email or WhatsApp. The agent reads it and finds the listing.

Step 02

Questions answered

It answers from your listing facts and asks a few qualifying questions.

Step 03

Viewing offered

It suggests free times from your calendar and prepares the booking.

Step 04

Your agent takes over

Your team gets a short summary and confirms. Notes go into your CRM.

Where the line is

Your people keep the relationships

The agent handles

  • First replies and listing questions
  • Qualifying questions and lead notes

A person stays responsible for

  • Price negotiations and offers
  • Advice to buyers, sellers and landlords
  • Accepting tenants and checking references
  • Anything outside the facts you provided

The agent works only with information you give it, and it says so when it does not know something.

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Does it work with property portals?

It can answer enquiries that portals forward to your email, as long as the portal’s rules allow it. Some portals have their own messaging and limits, so we check what your setup allows on the first call.

Can it connect to our CRM?

Often, but it depends on the CRM and the access it allows. We look at your tools on the first call and tell you honestly what can be connected and what cannot.

Will it make promises about price or availability?

No. It uses only the facts you provide, and you keep them up to date. Offers, negotiations and anything it is unsure about go to a person.

Does it work for lettings and property management too?

Yes. It can handle tenant enquiries, viewing bookings, collecting references and documents, and routine maintenance requests, with your team approving the important steps.

How long does it take, and what does it cost?

Your first assistant is ready in 2–3 weeks. The price is agreed per project after a short call, and you pay only if it saves your team time.
