Hi, I would like a quote for business insurance for my small bakery.
21:30
Happy to help, Ana. A few quick questions so our broker can prepare options: how many staff do you have, what is your yearly turnover, and do you deliver to customers?
21:30
Four staff, about 300,000 a year, and yes, we deliver locally.
21:33
Thank you. I have passed everything to our broker, who will prepare options and contact you. Would a call tomorrow morning suit you?

Use cases

Agents for the busywork around every policy

Renewals, quote forms and claims admin take hours every week. These agents handle the routine, so brokers can spend their time with clients.

Quote intake

Asks the questions your insurers need for a quote, collects documents and prepares a tidy summary for your broker.

Renewal reminders

Contacts clients ahead of renewal, checks whether their details have changed and books a review with a broker.

Factual policy questions

Answers factual questions from the client’s documents and your notes, such as the renewal date or how to get a certificate. Questions about cover go to a person.

First notice of claims

Takes the first details of a claim, asks for photos and documents, and passes everything to your claims handler.

Document chase

Collects missing forms, signed declarations and proofs, with polite reminders.

Example workflow

From renewal reminder to review

An example flow for a renewal. Each step follows your process.

Step 01

Reminder goes out

Ahead of the renewal date, the agent contacts the client.

Step 02

Changes collected

It asks what has changed: staff, turnover, vehicles, address.

Step 03

Broker reviews

Your broker gets a summary and prepares options and a recommendation.

Step 04

Client kept informed

The agent books the review call and follows up on documents.

Where the line is

Advice and recommendations stay with licensed staff

The agent handles

  • Collecting details for quotes and renewals
  • Reminders and document chase
  • Factual answers from policy documents
  • First notice of claims and hand-over

A person stays responsible for

  • All advice and product recommendations
  • Explaining cover and exclusions
  • Claims decisions and disputes
  • Complaints and clients in vulnerable situations

The AI does not recommend products or say whether something is covered. Your firm stays responsible for meeting your regulator’s rules.

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Does the AI recommend policies?

No. It collects information and answers factual questions. Recommendations and advice stay with your licensed staff, and the agent passes anything else to them.

Can it work with our broker software?

Often, but it depends on the software and the access it allows. We look at your tools on the first call and tell you honestly what can be connected and what cannot.

How is client data protected?

We use only the data the task needs, agree with you where it is stored and who can access it, and set everything up in line with GDPR and your own policies.

Can it handle both personal and business insurance?

Yes. We set up separate question flows for each type of cover you offer, in line with what your insurers ask for.

How long does it take, and what does it cost?

Your first assistant is ready in 2–3 weeks. The price is agreed per project after a short call, and you pay only if it saves your team time.
