AI automation pricing, agreed per project, paid only if it saves time

There is no fixed price list here, and that is on purpose. Every assistant does a different job. We agree the scope and the fee up front, for the whole project, and you pay only if it saves your team time.

Built by a team that built the #1 agent on SWE-bench Verified. The same people who push the frontier of coding agents build your assistant.

How pricing works

After a short call, we scope one job and quote one fee for the whole project. You see the number before any work starts. There is no per-seat charge that grows as your team grows, and no open-ended retainer that bills whether or not the work pays back. One job, one agreed fee, decided up front.

Why you pay only if it saves time

We take the risk with you. If the assistant does not save your team time, you do not pay. That rule forces us to be honest on the first call about whether a job is worth automating. We would rather tell you "this one will not pay back" than take a fee for an assistant that does not earn its keep.

A worked example

This is an illustration to show how the math usually works, not a real client result and not a quoted price.

Illustrative example. Suppose an invoice-chasing assistant saves your team around five hours a week. If you value that time at, for example, roughly 30 units of your currency per hour, that is about 150 per week, or around 600 to 650 per month of time returned to the team.

Against a one-time project fee, an assistant like that typically pays back its fee within the first weeks, and then keeps saving time every week after that. Your numbers will differ. The point is that we only move forward when the saved time clearly beats the fee.

Pricing questions

How much does an AI assistant cost?

It depends on the job. We quote one fee for the whole project after a short call, and you pay only if it saves time.

Is there a monthly subscription?

No per-seat subscription and no open-ended retainer. The fee is agreed per project, up front.

What if it does not save time?

Then you do not pay. That is the deal, and it keeps us honest about which jobs are worth automating.

How do I know what it would save me?

Use the savings calculator for an estimate, then book a call to confirm it against your real workflow.
