Use cases

Agents for the work around the work

Partners and staff lose hours to intake calls, chasing papers and “any update?” emails. These agents take that part.

Client intake

Asks new enquiries the right questions, collects the details you need for your conflict check and books a first consultation.

Document collection

Sends clients a clear checklist, tracks what has arrived, flags what is missing or unreadable and sends reminders.

Deadlines and reminders

Reminds clients about deadlines and their part of the work, and reminds your team about internal dates.

Status updates

Answers routine questions about where a matter or a filing stands, using your notes, and drafts updates for your team to send.

Incoming mail and documents

Reads incoming emails and documents, files them under the right client and matter, and pulls out key dates and amounts.

Where the line is

Advice stays with your professionals

The agent handles

  • Intake questions and first replies
  • Checklists, collection and reminders
  • Factual status updates
  • Sorting mail and pulling out dates

A person stays responsible for

  • All legal and tax advice
  • Accepting clients and conflict checks
  • Reviewing and signing off work
  • Fees, disputes and complaints

The agent does not give legal or tax advice. Confidentiality comes first: we agree with you what it can see, where data is stored and who can access it.

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Does the AI give legal or tax advice?

No. It handles the administrative part: questions, documents, reminders and updates. Anything that needs professional judgement goes to your team.

How do you handle confidentiality?

We agree with you exactly what the agent can access, where data is stored and who can see it, and set it up in line with GDPR and your professional obligations. Nothing goes live until you are comfortable with it.

Can it work with our practice software?

Often, but it depends on the software and the access it allows. We look at your tools on the first call and tell you honestly what can be connected and what cannot.

Is it only for large firms?

No. It is built for small and mid-sized firms, where a few people handle everything and admin eats into billable time.

How long does it take, and what does it cost?

Your first assistant is ready in 2–3 weeks. The price is agreed per project after a short call, and you pay only if it saves your team time.
